VB TRANSACTION

Bekke & Partners and Ten Brinke have acquired the former Philips headquarters of c 33.000 m2 in Eindhoven (Vredenoord). The object also known as "The VB building", was completed in 1964 and is one of the most famous buildings in Eindhoven due to its unique construction, namely: a concrete core which holds up the floors and facade parts. The VB building is a symbol for Philip's growth post World War II. As a result of its establishment on elevated land, and thereby rising above the city, it has as status of national importance and will soon be a national monument.

The buyer shall, with respect to its monument status and surrounding environment, give the object a new balanced function where one of the possibilities is the transformation to residential and/of care.

Shield Capital initiated this off-market transaction on behalf of the buyer, whereby Taylor Wessing acted as the legal advisor and notary of the buyer. CBRE advised the seller Paribus throughout this transaction.

Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH recently acquired the iconic Terrace Tower in Amsterdam. The office tower is located at the Amsterdam South Axis and comprises approximately 16,500 m2 of office space with an underground parking garage.

Shield Capital initiated this off-market transaction and commercially advised Deka during the acquisition process. The investment volume amounts to approximately €180 million. The prestigious and sustainable building (BREEAM Excellent) was designed by the Danish BIG, Bjarke Ingels Group, on behalf of the seller C2 Vastgoed. Deka was legally advised by NewGround Law (NGL).

Suit Supply is one of the tenants of the Terrace Tower and will establish its head office here.

Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH heeft de iconische Terrace Tower in Amsterdam verworven. De kantoortoren is gelegen op de kop van de Amsterdamse Zuidas en omvat ca. 16.500 m2 kantoorruimte met ondergelegen parkeergarage.

Shield Capital heeft deze off-market transactie geïnitieerd en heeft Deka gedurende het aankoopproces commercieel geadviseerd bij de totstandkoming van deze transactie. Het investeringsvolume bedraagt ca. € 180 miljoen. Het prestigieuze en duurzame gebouw (BREEAM Excellent) is in opdracht van verkoper C2 Vastgoed ontworpen door het Deense BIG, Bjarke Ingels Group. Deka werd in deze transactie juridisch geadviseerd door NGL, NewGround Law.

Suit Supply is één van de huurders van de Terrace Tower en zal hier zeer binnenkort haar hoofdkantoor vestigen.

Shield Capital heeft de holding van de multinational Primutec Solutions Group geadviseerd bij de aanhuur van nieuwe huisvesting in NoMA House gelegen aan de Zuidas in Amsterdam. In NoMA House zijn naast Primutec o.a. UNGA, Kraft Heinz, The Nurinchukin Bank en Shield Capital gehuisvest.

Shield Capital adviseert Red je Pakketje, marktleider in "same day delivery", bij het faciliteren van haar onstuimige groei.

Shield Capital heeft namens Red je Pakketje een duurzaam logistiek bedrijfscomplex in Utrecht aangehuurd.  Het bedrijfscomplex omvat totaal circa 5000 m2 en is gelegen aan de Fermiweg op bedrijventerrein Lage Weide, Utrecht.
